About the Opportunity

Crown Hotel 2023 invites applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Garden Boy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the hotel's garden and compound, ensuring that the outdoor environment remains clean, neat and well-maintained.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Must be male.
• Age between 28 and 33 years.
• Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE).
• Previous work experience as a garden boy and/or cleaner.
• Honest, reliable and hardworking.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication skills.
• Punctual and responsible.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep the hotel garden and compound clean.
• Water plants and maintain garden areas.
• Mow lawns and trim hedges.
• Remove weeds and rubbish.
• Maintain gardening tools and equipment.
