JOB TITLE: SWIMMING POOL ATTENDANT

Location: Various Sunbird Hotels and Resorts, Malawi

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Cleaning the swimming pool and its surroundings.
• Checking stocking levels of cleaning chemicals.
• Checking swimming pool water levels.
• Checking the filtration system on a daily basis.
• Treating the water with proper chemicals.
• Attending to guests' requests and complaints.
• Practicing strict hygiene and health in dressing and work habits.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Knowledge, Skills, Competencies and Attributes desired:

• A full Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE).
• A formal certification in Life Saving skills.
• Basic First Aiding skills.
• 5 years' experience in a related capacity.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic personality.
