TOBIA Farms is seeking an experienced Farm Manager to oversee day-to-day farm operations and ensure efficient, profitable, and safe agricultural production.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage crop production and livestock operations

• Supervise farm workers and seasonal staff

• Monitor crops, livestock health, irrigation, and soil nutrition

• Ensure maintenance of machinery and farm facilities

• Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards

• Use data, market trends, and weather information for planning

🎓 Requirements:

• Diploma in Agriculture/Agribusiness (Bachelor’s degree is an added advantage)

• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing an integrated commercial farm

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of farm machinery, irrigation systems, and agri-technology

• Willingness to live and work in a rural area
