*Key Responsibilities*

- Prospect and identify potential clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling.

- Present and explain life insurance products tailored to client needs.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

- Provide ongoing support and policy servicing to clients.

*Requirements*

- Malawi school certificate of education MSCE with minimum credit in English (Mandatory).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Self‑motivated with strong negotiation abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
