Position: Sales Representative

Location: Chitipa and Karonga

Role:

▪ Proactively recruit new members for the Sacco. Clearly communicate the value proposition, benefits, and services of Mzuni Sacco.

▪ Promote Mzuzu University Sacco Products and Services

▪ Prepare Monthly sales report and presenting them to the Marketing Officer and the Manager

▪ Attend to Queries from new prospective members

Requirements:

▪ Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) with good grades.

▪ A diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is a strong advantage.

▪ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

▪ Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.

▪ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Remuneration:

Attractive fixed salary plus commission.
