POSITION: SECONDARY SCHOOL TEACHER 

Location: Blantyre 

OVERVIEW 

Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the positions of teacher.

The incumbent should fulfill, among other things the following attributes: -

a relevant degree in education or its equivalent. Those with Diploma in Education and have experience of more than five years post qualification may be considered.

mature, with evidence of sound leadership

result oriented.

ability to motivate students

well disciplined and relates well with other teachers and support staff

Duties, among others;

Makes sure that lessons are going on well

Supervise students

Prepares lesson timetable and participate the preparation of the time table and takes responsibility of it.

Be a member of any relevant committee.

Prepare schemes and records of work.

Prepare mark record book.

Work together with Heads of Departments
