Job Description:
Central Poultry Malawi is seeking a qualified Microbiologist to conduct microbiological analysis and ensure quality control in food and environmental samples.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct microbiological testing of food, water, and environmental samples
- Monitor and ensure compliance with microbiological standards
- Identify and analyze microbial contaminants
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure sterile conditions
- Prepare detailed reports on microbiological findings
- Implement quality control procedures in the laboratory
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology, Biology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a microbiology laboratory
- Knowledge of microbiological techniques and quality control
- Experience with laboratory equipment and sterile procedures
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent report-writing and communication skills
