🔹 Position: Head Teacher

Role Overview

The Head Teacher will provide academic, administrative, and spiritual leadership, ensuring a Christ-centred learning environment that nurtures students’ intellectual, moral, and spiritual growth.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Provide overall leadership and management of the school

✔ Ensure high academic standards and curriculum delivery

✔ Supervise and develop teaching & non-teaching staff

✔ Promote discipline, student welfare, and Christian values

✔ Manage school administration and financial operations

✔ Implement Board and Ministry of Education policies

✔ Drive school improvement strategies

✔ Build strong relationships with parents and the community

📌 Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field + MSCE

• Registered with the Teachers Council of Malawi (TCM)

• 5–10 years teaching experience, with at least 3 years in leadership

• Age: 35–50 years

• Proven experience in school administration and staff management
