About the Role

Manana Farm is looking for a dedicated and experienced Farm Manager to oversee operations at a newly established 40-hectare farm. This role is ideal for someone ready to work in a rural and remote environment and drive sustainable agricultural production.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

✔ Plan planting and harvesting schedules

✔ Manage irrigation, soil health, and pest control

✔ Supervise and train farm staff

✔ Prepare budgets and track farm expenses

✔ Ensure proper use and maintenance of farm equipment

✔ Maintain accurate production and financial records

✔ Develop markets and oversee sales (crops, livestock, dairy)

✔ Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards

🎓 Requirements

✔ Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or Farm Management

✔ Minimum 3 years experience in commercial farm management

✔ Strong leadership and organizational skills

✔ Ability to work independently in a rural setting
