AGRO SOLUTIONS LIMITED – SALES EXECUTIVE

Location: Blantyre (Limbe)

Agro Solutions Limited operates an Auto Parts Division in Limbe and is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Sales Executive.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Assist customers with finding the right spare parts, answer inquiries, and provide technical support
  • Sales: Sell motor vehicle spare parts and accessories over the counter and potentially through outside sales calls
  • Inventory/Stock Management: Track stock levels, order new parts, ensure accurate inventory records, handle deliveries, and maintain no stock shortages
  • Merchandising: Display stocks neatly to attract customer attention
  • Order Processing: Assist the CEO with processing customer orders and coordinating with suppliers
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Technical Support: Stay updated on motor industry trends, new products, and educate customers on product features
  • Safety & Hygiene: Clean the shop daily to ensure hygiene, safety, and security standards

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

  • Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE)
  • General Fitting Certificate in Motor Vehicle Mechanic
  • At least 3 years of experience in selling auto parts and/or motor vehicle repairs
