Location: Mulanje (Chitakale, along Phalombe Road)

Nalipiri Eco Resort is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Human Resources Officer.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma in Human Resources or related field
• 2 years' experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of labour laws, HRIS, and payroll systems
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment, onboarding, and staffing
• Payroll, benefits, and HR record management
• Employee relations and performance management
• Training, development, and compliance (health & safety)
