POSITION: SALES AND MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Location: Lilongwe
OVERVIEW
About the Role : We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both strategy and execution, with a passion for driving brand awareness and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote company services
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
Achieve agreed sales targets within schedule
Manage social media platforms and online campaigns
Create engaging marketing content (posts, adverts, emails)
Provide weekly sales and movement reports to management
Conduct market research and identify new opportunities
Support brand awareness and client acquisition initiatives
Monitor and report on marketing performance
Requirements
Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Marketing or related field
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales and marketing experience (service background preferred)
Strong communication and digital marketing skills
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
