Direct Sales Agents
π Locations: Rumphi, Mzimba, Mzuzu, Balaka, Mangochi, Machinga, Zomba, Phalombe, Chiradzulu, and Blantyre
Position Overview
Reporting to the Consumer Sales Executive, Direct Sales Agents will support TNM distribution partners to improve product availability in assigned territories.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Rebalancing TNM agents.
- Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new TNM agents and franchisees.
- Managing existing and newly recruited agents.
- Resolving customer complaints and queries.
- Reactivating dormant Mpamba accounts and training customers.
- Improving outlet and market visibility.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 3 yearsβ experience in sales and distribution, preferably in FMCG.
- Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE).
- Competent and licensed motorcycle rider.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- High integrity and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
