Qualifications & Requirements:
- Degree in Education or a subject relevant to the KS1 curriculum
- Proven experience teaching Key Stage 1
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and KS1 curriculum
- Excellent classroom management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for inclusive and child-centered learning
- Ability to teach learners across different ability levels
- Team player with a positive attitude
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach and engage Key Stage 1 learners
- Create safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environments
- Plan and deliver creative, play-based and structured lessons
- Assess and monitor pupil progress
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
- Contribute to school activities and development
