POSITION: KYC OFFICER BUSINESS ANALYST

JOB DESCRIPTION

Bespat Human Capital Management, is a Human Resource Recruitment and Management provider established to provide leading edge people management solutions and consulting services to businesses, organizations and government. On behalf of our client, we are now looking for an experienced KYC Officer Business Analyst to join a team of experts in the departments.

Job Purpose

The Job holder will be responsible for corporate customer onboarding and management, base compliance, validation and audit management, timely publishing of daily, weekly and monthly reports, OPCO Level Projects/Activities and KYC analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Customer Onboarding & Management

• Ensure smooth corporate client onboarding.

• Maintain ongoing relationship management and support.

Compliance & Validation (Prepaid & Corporate Subscribers)

• Base compliance checks for regulatory adherence.

• Validation of customer data and processes.

• Ongoing compliance management.

Audit Management

• Prepare for internal and external audits.

• Maintain documentation and evidence trails.

• Address audit findings with corrective actions.

Reporting

• Timely publishing of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

• Ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting cycles.

OPCO Level Projects

• End-to-end management of any new enhancements.

• Project execution and monitoring at the operating company level.

KYC Analytics

• Analyze customer data for purposes of validation to ensure Compliance is met.

• Identify trends, risks, and anomalies.

Product Testing & Adoption

• Participate in product testing phases.

• Drive adoption until features are fully stabilized and integrated

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Statistics, Finance, Compliance, Audit, or a related field.

• Professional certifications in Compliance, Risk Management, Project Management, Data Analytics, or Audit will be an added advantage

Relevant Experience

• Minimum of 2–4 years' experience in Compliance, KYC Operations, Audit, Data Analytics, Project Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience in customer onboarding, KYC validation, compliance monitoring, and reporting.
