- Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Crop Science, or a related field (preferably from Bunda College).
- Minimum of 3 years experience in crop production and farm management.
- Proven ability to plan, supervise, and manage farm operations effectively.
- Candidates without formal qualifications may be considered if they demonstrate exceptional practical farming knowledge and experience.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Honest, reliable, kind, and results-oriented.
