Job Overview

The Sales Representative drives customer acquisition, merchant onboarding, and usage of EPay Mobile Money services. The role builds strong relationships with customers, agents, merchants, and local businesses to meet sales targets and grow the EPay brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit new agents, merchants, and customers

• Promote EPay Mobile Money products and services in assigned areas

• Visit businesses, markets, institutions, and communities to generate leads

• Onboard merchants and agents according to company procedures

• Train customers, agents, and merchants on wallet registration and service usage

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and agents

• Submit accurate sales reports, customer feedback, and market updates

• Support activation campaigns, roadshows, and promotional activities

• Resolve basic customer and merchant concerns or refer them to relevant teams

• Monitor competitor activities and identify new sales opportunities

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field

• Experience in sales, marketing, customer acquisition, or mobile money operations

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently and meet targets

• Good customer relationship management skills

• Basic computer skills and report-writing ability

• Knowledge of mobile money services is an advantage

• Willingness to travel within assigned areas
