Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to provide strategic leadership and oversee the day-to-day operations of the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, driving business growth, and supporting the achievement of the company's goals and objectives.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years' proven experience managing a busy organization.

Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Demonstrated ability to manage teams, projects, and organizational resources effectively.

Experience in the renewable energy sector will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Provide overall strategic and operational leadership to the organization.

Develop and implement business plans and growth strategies.

Oversee financial, administrative, and operational functions.

Lead, motivate, and manage staff to achieve organizational objectives.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and industry standards.

Monitor organizational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
