POSITION: INJECTION MOULDING SUPERVISOR (Buckets Production)

Position: Injection Moulding Supervisor (Buckets Production)  

Location: Lilongwe, Malawi  

Type: Full Time  

Key Responsibilities 

• Supervise injection moulding operators and monitor machine performance • Set and adjust machine parameters: temperature, pressure, speed, cycle times • Ensure production targets and quality standards are achieved • Troubleshoot machine issues and coordinate with maintenance • Plan production schedules and allocate manpower • Train operators on machine operation, safety, and quality • Monitor raw material usage and minimize waste • Maintain production records and ensure housekeeping standards  

Requirements 

• Diploma/Certificate in Plastics Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, or related field • 3-5 years’ experience in injection moulding, preferably plastic bucket/container manufacturing • Experience supervising injection moulding machines and teams • Knowledge of mould setting, troubleshooting, and quality control • Ability to work shifts
