POSITION: AUTOMOTIVE ELECTRICIANS (2 POSITIONS)
Location: Blantyre
RECRUITING 2 ELECTRICIANS FOR EUROPEAN MODEL TRUCKS & FREIGHTLINERS
We are looking for 2 experienced Electricians to join our team immediately.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems on European model trucks (e.g. Volvo, MAN, Mercedes, Scania) and Freightliner trucks
Use diagnostic tools/software to troubleshoot issues with engine control units (ECUs), sensors, wiring, and CAN bus systems
Perform routine inspections, testing, and maintenance of truck electrical systems
Read and interpret wiring diagrams/schematics
Work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced workshop environment
Collaborate with mechanics and other technicians to ensure efficient repairs
Keep accurate records of work done and parts used
Requirements:
Malawi T3/T4 Trade Test Certificate in Automotive Electrical/Electronics
Minimum 5 years experience working on European model trucks and Freightliners
Expert in diagnostic systems for truck electrical systems
Computer literacy (diagnostic software)
Valid Driver’s License (Manual)
Ability to read wiring and schematics
