VACANCY: SUPERVISOR

OVERVIEW
A reputable entertainment place in Lilongwe is looking for a qualified, dedicated, and experienced Supervisor to join its team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the establishment.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor staff to ensure excellent customer service.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety are maintained.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and oversee attendance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Assist management in achieving sales and service targets.
- Prepare operational reports and communicate any issues to management.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE)
- Certificate or Diploma in Catering, Hospitality, or Hotel Management.
