POSITION: DRIVERS & SALESMEN (5 POSITIONS)

OVERVIEW 

Asidaya Distributors, a leading beverage distribution company, is inviting applications from suitably qualified and hardworking candidates to fill the position of Drivers & Salesmen.

POSITION: DRIVERS & SALESMEN (5 Posts)

Location: Mulanje District

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive company vehicles safely and deliver beverages to customers

Promote and sell company products within assigned routes

Identify and recruit new customers

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Load and offload products safely

Conduct customer visits and receive orders

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Maintain accurate delivery notes, invoices, and sales records

Collect customer payments where authorized

Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report faults promptly

Ensure assigned vehicles are clean and well maintained

Monitor competitor activities and provide market information

Ensure proper product display and merchandising

Comply with road traffic regulations and company policies

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) or equivalent

Valid Driving Licence suitable for commercial vehicles

Minimum of three (3) years' professional driving experience

Experience in sales, distribution, merchandising, or customer service will be an added advantage

Experience in FMCG, beverage, wholesale, or retail distribution is an added advantage

Certificate in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage

Defensive Driving Certificate will be an added advantage
