OVERVIEW  

Gestetner Ltd (Ricotec) is seeking a highly experienced NCR Atleos ATM Field Service / Customer Support Engineer to join its technical team in Malawi. International candidates with strong NCR Atleos technical expertise are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will provide hands‑on technical support across ATM operations while training, mentoring, and transferring knowledge to local engineers.  

KEY REQUIREMENTS  

- Strong hands‑on experience supporting and maintaining NCR Atleos ATM models  

- Proven expertise in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining NCR Scalable Recycler (SR) machines  

- Knowledge of ATM hardware diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and field service support  

- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex hardware and technical faults independently  

- Capacity to train, mentor, and transfer technical knowledge to local engineers  

- Good communication and customer service skills  

- Relevant qualification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, ICT, Mechatronics, or related technical field  

- NCR technical training and/or certification (advantage)  

EMPLOYMENT TERMS  

- Full‑time position based in Malawi  

- Initial three‑year contract, renewable based on performance and mutual agreement
