OVERVIEW
SAYIWE MICROFINANCE LIMITED is inviting applications from suitably qualified, motivated, and hardworking individuals to fill the position of Loan Officer.
Position: Loan Officer
Location: Lilongwe – Area 25, Nsungwi
Key Responsibilities
Assess and process loan applications.
Conduct client interviews and credit assessments.
Identify and recruit potential borrowers.
Monitor loan repayments and follow up on outstanding loans.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
Conduct field visits and client monitoring.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Promote SAYIWE MICROFINANCE loan products and services.
Prepare regular loan and client reports.
Ensure compliance with company lending policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
MSCE and Diploma in any related Field .
Previous experience in microfinance, banking, sales, or credit management will be an added advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer-service and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Honest, hardworking, and results-oriented.
Willingness to conduct fieldwork and travel within Lilongwe.
