About OneKhusa

OneKhusa is a robust Malawian payment gateway designed to simplify digital commerce for businesses of all sizes. By offering a unified API, OneKhusa empowers fintechs, organizations, and the broader community to effortlessly accept payments via cards, electronic funds transfers, and mobile money. As we expand our footprint across Malawi, we are looking for energetic and professional Brand Ambassadors to lead our market engagement and activation efforts.

The Role

This is an experiential, project-based role focused on driving brand awareness and user adoption for the OneKhusa platform. Brand Ambassadors will be the face of the brand during mall exhibitions, workshops, and community events, ensuring that OneKhusa becomes a household name in Malawi.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Adoption: Actively register new users and drive app downloads among individuals, SMEs, and NGOs.

Product Education: Demonstrate how the OneKhusa app works, including processing transactions and generating statements.

Event Execution: Represent the brand at high-traffic exhibitions and workshops.

Lead Generation: Record and share all customer leads with the client services team for follow-up and contract completion.

Reporting: Provide operational insights and feedback from the field to the Mirage PR account management team.

What We’re Looking For

Education: A minimum of a Tertiary qualification in any field.

Skills: Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

Attributes:

High energy, professional presentation, and a results-oriented mindset.

Experience:

Previous experience in brand activations, direct sales, or hospitality is a significant advantage.

Remuneration

Basic Allowance: Competitive daily or monthly base rate.

Commission: Performance-based sign-up allowances for every successful user acquisition.
