Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a relevant subject area from a recognized institution.

• Valid teaching license or registration with the Teaching Council of Malawi (TCM).

• Strong classroom management and communication skills.

Desirable Attributes:

• Experience working in child-centered or charitable institutions.

• Ability to integrate ICT in teaching and learning.
