POSITION: SALES AND MARKETING OFFICERS

Location: Blantyre

OVERVIEW

Mzati Construction Ltd is pleased to announce the availability of the post of sales and marketing officers for up to five (5) inspired, young and qualified men and women. In this role, you will be part of the team responsible for creating, organising, and oversight of selling and marketing the company's product and service to clients across Malawi for both residential and commercial projects. The successful candidates shall be based in Blantyre, Malawi and shall work on a full-time basis.

KEY ROLES:

- Marketing - creating marketing goals and strategies

- Strategic planning - develop ways to expand the customer base and ensure strong company presence

- Conduct follow-up strategies for reaching out to prospective clients and also increase customer engagement

- Conducting market research, analysis and competitor assessments

- Creating strong networks and connections within the construction industry (other companies, professionals and suppliers).

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS

- Diploma in marketing and sales management or it's equivalent

- 2 years experience in related positions and preferably in construction industry

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Proficiency in the usage social media tools and platforms, and the internet

- Team orientated personality

- Ready to work on the weekends and late or early hours.
