Sable Farming Company Limited, a leading agribusiness company based in Blantyre, is seeking to recruit qualified, dedicated and self-motivated persons to fill the following vacant positions:
DATA ENTRY CLERKS – ESTATE & STORES
(3 Positions)
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Applicants should possess the following requirements:
Certificate or Diploma in Computer Studies and a minimum of MSCE.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
Knowledge and practical experience with SAP Accounting Package or other ERP systems will be an added advantage.
Adequate typing speed and accuracy for efficient data entry.
High attention to detail and accuracy in handling records.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with inventory and stock management systems in an estate setup, including fertilizer, seeds, fuel, spare parts, etc.
High standard of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of company data.
Ability to generate daily, weekly and monthly reports as required by management.
Strong record-keeping and filing skills, both manual and electronic.
A team player who is flexible and willing to assist in related administrative and support functions.
