JOB VACANCY: FARM HAND

Salary: MK120,000 per month

About the Opportunity
Oath Harvest is inviting applications from hardworking, honest and reliable individuals for the position of Farm Hand at its farm in Chitedze, Lilongwe.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planting, watering, weeding and harvesting crops.
- Prepare land and maintain vegetable gardens.
- Apply fertilisers and other farm inputs as instructed.
- Monitor crops and report pests, diseases and other problems.
- Maintain farm tools and equipment.
- Keep the farm clean, organised and productive.
- Perform other farm-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous farming experience is an advantage.
- Must be hardworking, honest, disciplined and punctual.
- Must be physically fit and willing to work outdoors.
- Must be able to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
- Must demonstrate responsibility and respect for farm property.
