POSITION: SALES COORDINATORS (30 POSITIONS)

JOB OVERVIEW
The sales coordinator is responsible for supporting the sales team in achieving targets ad ensuring smooth day to day sales operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A) night market
Identifying high potential market for night market,trading center and underserved villages and recruit agents.
Ensure accurate tracking of bulbs,inventory,batteries and charging units accessories.
Report Daily rental issues,advise collection efficiency and report asset loss.
Ensure secure storage and charging systems .
Assisting in resolving operations challenges in markets.
B) light a village project Implementation
Assisting in identifying eligible villages for community lighting installation and recruit agents.
Participate in stakeholders meetings with chiefs,area development committee and market committee.
Do installation
Promote productive use of energy small businesses,phone and charging and night trading.
C) Sales performanice
Achieve monthly target given in each month.
D) Marketing & Community Engagement
Participate promotions campaings,in night market and also participate in community awarenes meetings.
Assist in demonstrations of solar products and strengthen brand visibility at area level.
Build relationships with youth’s groups,women intreprenuer’s and farmers association.
E) Reporting and Management
Submit daily reports,daily rental reports,weekly report and monthly report to the team leaders.
Track active village coverage,revenue growth and impact indicators.
F) Risk and Assets Management
Ensure proper documentation of asset
Implement anti thefty systems
Investigate lost
Maintain damage rate below acceptable threshold not more than 3%
Qualifications & Requirements
Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) is required; a certificate or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field is an added advantage.
Minimum of 2 years of experience.
Good organization and Coordination skills
Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity and trustworthiness
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Language Requirements
Fluent in English and at least one local language.
