Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of seeds, records, and other products
- Maintain accurate records and ensure shop upkeep
- Leverage social media (Facebook and WhatsApp) for advertising and promotions
- Support overall business growth with enthusiasm and creativity
Requirements:
- Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE)
- 8–25 years old
- Proficient in computer basics
- Own a smartphone
- Experience with Facebook and WhatsApp advertising is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Female candidates only
