Kelfoods Ltd is looking for a qualified and experienced Farm Manager to oversee operations at a commercial poultry layer farm and ensure high productivity and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage poultry production (feeding, vaccination, and animal health)
- Enforce strict biosecurity measures
- Supervise staff and enhance team performance
- Monitor and improve egg production
- Oversee feed systems, water supply, and farm infrastructure
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate farm records and reports
- Handle logistics, stock control, and procurement
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience in poultry/farm management
- Strong knowledge of livestock and agricultural practices
- Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or related field (added advantage)
