Simbeko Investments, a fast-growing company in hospitality, trading, food & beverages, and transportation, is inviting applications from qualified and experienced Malawians to join their team as a Lodge Manager.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure high-quality service delivery and guest satisfaction
• Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally
• Oversee daily operations (front desk, housekeeping, maintenance)
• Manage, supervise, and train lodge staff
• Promote a positive and productive work environment
• Manage budgets, revenue, and operational expenses
• Implement strategies to maximize occupancy and profitability
• Build and maintain local business partnerships

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
• Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in a similar role
