Pyxus Agriculture Limited is inviting applications from qualified, motivated, and detail-oriented individuals to manage groundnuts buying processes, data capturing, reconciliation, and reporting for IPS growers and contract marketing suppliers.

Job Purpose:

To manage groundnuts buying processes, data capturing, reconciliation, and reporting for IPS growers and contract marketing suppliers.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Groundnuts Buying & Payments

• Facilitate groundnut buying at designated centres following SOPs
• Capture buying data accurately using required systems
• Prepare and process payment receipts
• Support buying schedules and logistics coordination
• Ensure buying equipment is secure and operational
• Maintain accurate transaction records

2. Data Reconciliation & Record Keeping

• Reconcile groundnut stock (NIS) with documentation
• Create truckloads for deliveries to warehouses
• Liaise with field teams on deliveries
• Ensure proper filing and safe keeping of documents

3. Reporting

• Report system and buying-related issues promptly
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or Accounting
• Minimum 2 years' experience in data capturing, buying, sales, or accounting
• Experience with information management systems
• Strong communication, analytical, and computer skills
• Self-driven, disciplined, and motivated
• Willingness to work and stay in remote areas
