ACH Limited is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Projects Administrator (Document Control Officer) to support the Project Manager in managing project governance, contract compliance, and documentation control across construction projects.
Role Overview:
- Support project governance and contract compliance
- Manage structured reporting and documentation control
- Track contractual notices and project communication
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and coordinate formal project correspondence (technical, commercial, and contractual) for review and approval
- Maintain a structured correspondence register and document control system
- Track contractual notice deadlines and ensure timely issuance under relevant contract clauses
- Assist in preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) and variation submissions
- Compile weekly and monthly project reports
- Prepare and circulate meeting minutes and track action items
- Maintain and update the project risk register
- Monitor outstanding certificates, payments, and commercial documentation
- Ensure proper filing, archiving, and retrieval of project documents
- Liaise with site personnel to ensure documentation accurately reflects site conditions and progress
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma in Law/Paralegal Studies, Project Management, Business Administration, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent with construction industry exposure
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in construction project management and contract support
- Familiarity with construction contracts (FIDIC, NEC, or similar forms)
- Experience in document control and structured reporting systems
- Strong professional communication and business correspondence skills

- Confident reading and interpreting contract clauses
- Understands the importance of deadlines in contractual notices
- Willing to learn construction processes and work closely with site teams
- Comfortable visiting and working within active site conditions
- Assertive yet diplomatic in communication

- Maintains strict confidentiality
- Proactive and doesn't wait to be instructed on every detail
