Felistus Gazamiyala Foundation, established in August 2023, is dedicated to empowering young girls and women through education support, business training, and creating economic opportunities. The foundation is committed to improving the lives of vulnerable groups in our communities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma in Community Development
• Must be from Mangochi District
• Passion for community work and women empowerment
• Willing to work as a volunteer (allowances will be provided)
• Added advantage: Applicants who are Muslims

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement community programs and activities
• Conduct field visits and community engagement
• Support women and girls in empowerment initiatives
• Assist in organizing trainings and awareness sessions
