Position: Helpdesk Support Engineer – ESOC
Job Description:
Reporting to the Helpdesk Support Engineer Supervisor, the Helpdesk Support Engineer will provide first-line support for enterprise services including internet, VPN, SIP, email, cloud solutions, and hosted services while managing incidents, monitoring service performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Telecommunications Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Knowledge of networking concepts, routing, switching, and enterprise connectivity solutions.
- Familiarity with Windows, Linux, Office 365, Microsoft Exchange, and network monitoring tools.
- CCNA/CCNP certification is an added advantage.
