Position: Customer Retention and Loyalty Manager

Job Description:

Reporting to the Customer Experience Director, the Customer Retention and Loyalty Manager will develop and implement customer retention and loyalty strategies aimed at reducing customer churn, increasing customer lifetime value, improving engagement, and driving commercial growth through data-driven retention initiatives and loyalty programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Telecommunications, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Experience in customer retention, loyalty management, CRM, or commercial analytics.
  • Experience in telecommunications, banking, or financial services is preferred.
