Position: Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Reporting to the Shop Executive, the Customer Service Assistant will provide first-level customer support, resolve customer issues, promote and sell TNM products and services, support Mpamba agent onboarding, and contribute to shop sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, Accounting, or related field.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
