VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT@ MARIST SECONDARY SCHOOL
POSITION: BOARDING MASTER
Location: Malirana, Dedza
REQUIREMENTS
At least a diploma in education or any relevant field
Qualified secondary school teachers have an added advantage
Practicing Christian
Minimum of 3 years’ experience working at a full boarding school
Knowledge of child safeguarding issues
Must be aged between 30–45 years
Duties
Ensure hostels and surroundings are clean
Maintain order and discipline in hostels
Help create a conducive hostel environment
Work with teachers on duty to support teaching and learning
Ensure students participate in school activities
Promote Marist Catholic values among students
Work with the school nurse and health prefects on student health matters
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure meals are well prepared
Ensure students observe dining etiquette
Perform other duties assigned by management
