Position: Retail Shop Manager (South and North)
Job Description:
Reporting to the Customer Experience Director, the Retail Shop Manager will be responsible for formulating and coordinating customer experience management strategies, managing TNM retail shop operations, maintaining high customer service standards, overseeing franchise channel relationships, and driving business growth, profitability, and brand visibility across all network areas.
Qualifications
- First Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting, Operations Management, or equivalent.
- CIM qualification is an added advantage.
- 4–6 years' experience in customer service and customer relationship management, preferably in telecommunications.
- Strong leadership, planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and project management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
