Overview
Mily's Garden Lounge is seeking experienced and passionate Sous Chefs to support kitchen operations and help deliver exceptional dining experiences. The successful candidates will assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen activities while maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure food quality and presentation standards are maintained.
- Assist with menu planning and food preparation.
- Monitor food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Manage inventory and help reduce food wastage.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
