Overview

Mily's Garden Lounge is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Servers to join its hospitality team. The successful candidates will play a key role in ensuring guests receive exceptional dining experiences through professional and efficient service.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly according to service standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries and resolving concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
• Assist in setting up and clearing tables.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Certificate in Hospitality or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Previous experience in food service is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
