Overview

Mily's Garden Lounge is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Baristas to join its growing team. The successful candidates will prepare high-quality coffee beverages and provide excellent customer service in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and specialty beverages.
• Maintain coffee equipment and cleanliness standards.
• Take customer orders and provide excellent service.
• Monitor stock levels of coffee supplies and ingredients.
• Ensure consistent quality in beverage preparation.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barista will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
