Overview

Mily's Garden Lounge is looking for creative and customer-focused Mixologists to join its hospitality team. The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing quality beverages, creating memorable guest experiences, and maintaining high standards within the bar operations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages.
• Develop signature drinks and recommend beverages to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Manage bar stock and report inventory requirements.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and engage professionally with guests.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Certificate in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or a related field is an added advantage.
• Previous experience as a bartender or mixologist.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity and strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
