WAITER/WAITRESS

Reports to: Food and Beverage Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and present menus with information on specials.
- Record and communicate food and beverage orders accurately.
- Monitor guests' dining experience and respond to requests or concerns.
- Prepare dining areas by arranging tables, cutlery, crockery, and glassware.
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of restaurant and service stations.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, grooming, and hygiene.
Qualifications, Experience, and Competences:
- Minimum of a Certificate in Food and Beverage Service, Hospitality Management, Hotel Operations, or related field.
- At least one (1) year of relevant work experience in a hotel, restaurant, lodge, or similar establishment.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good attention to detail and high grooming/hygiene standards.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
