Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Extension, or related field
- 2–3 years' experience in agricultural sales or agronomy
- Knowledge of seeds, fertilizers, agrochemicals, and crop production
- Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and farmer engagement skills
- Experience in field demonstrations and technical product promotion
- Proficiency in digital reporting tools and willingness to travel
- Valid motorcycle licence is an added advantage
