POSITION: SERVICE ADVISOR (1 POSITION)
Location: Blantyre
OVERVIEW
CFAO Mobility Malawi Limited is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Service Advisor to join their team in Blantyre. The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers, guiding them through the service process, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
Required Qualification and Experience:
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Technical understanding of vehicles systems and maintenance procedures will be an added advantage.
Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Auto Mobile Engineering or any related field.
Minimum 3 years' experience in a related role – those from the Automobile Industry will have an added advantage.
Valid Driver's Licence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome customers and guide them through the service process.
Collaborate with Job Dispatchers/Workshop Controller for job workflow and scheduling for optimal efficiency.
Provide detailed information to customers on our products; parts, and services.
Manage appointments, vehicle drop-offs, and pick-ups.
Advise customers on warranties, cost-saving options, and repair benefits.
Keep customers updated on the status of their service.
