About the Position
Resani Consulting Ltd is recruiting on behalf of its client for a hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee refurbishment activities in Lilongwe.
The successful candidate will supervise daily construction and refurbishment work, coordinate contractors and suppliers, and ensure that work meets the required quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction and refurbishment activities.
- Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and different trades on site.
- Monitor the quality of work and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Promote adherence to site safety standards.
- Monitor progress and ensure activities are completed within agreed timelines.
- Support effective planning, reporting, and communication throughout the project.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should have:
- A Certificate or Diploma in Building Construction, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience supervising construction or refurbishment projects.
- Proven ability to manage contractors and coordinate multiple trades.
- Strong planning, reporting, and communication skills.
