About the Position
Resani Consulting Ltd is recruiting on behalf of its client for a Program Measurement Analyst to support Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (MERL) activities for programmes aimed at strengthening the public justice system to address Violence Against Women and Children (VAWC).
The successful candidate will support programme monitoring, data management, analysis, reporting, and collaboration with government and other stakeholders to strengthen programme performance and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement monitoring plans while ensuring data quality.
- Collect, analyse, and report key programme data.
- Update the Justice Data Solution (JDS) database and prepare reports.
- Support training activities and casework.
- Engage with government institutions and collaborate with relevant stakeholders.
- Contribute to monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning activities.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in MERL, data management, or a related field.
- Experience working in Malawi or comparable African contexts.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in data management tools and databases.
